羅莊區(qū)廢棄混凝土破碎加工，山東臨沂作為國家廢棄資源循環(huán)利用示范城市，依托政策支持與區(qū)域優(yōu)勢，在羅莊經濟開發(fā)區(qū)規(guī)劃建設“廢棄資源循環(huán)產業(yè)園”。該項目總投資2億元，占地110畝，集礦山尾料處理、建筑垃圾回收、商砼站及再生建材生產于一體，是山東省重點再生資源循環(huán)經濟示范項目。

核心技術與設備

生產線配置
濕法礦山廢石破碎線：采用黎明重工C6X125顎式破碎機、HST單缸液壓圓錐破、VSI6X1150制砂機等設備，實現450噸/小時的好的處理能力。
干法混凝土塊破碎線：配置世邦集團新型給料機、PEW顎破、PFW反擊破，實現200噸/小時的建筑垃圾處理效率。

智能環(huán)保設計
采用干濕法結合工藝，配備好的脈沖布袋除塵器、全封閉皮帶走廊，實現粉塵零排放。
生產廢水經沉淀處理后循環(huán)利用，污泥通過板式壓濾機固廢處理，達到污水零排放標準。
