一、生產(chǎn)線工藝流程（優(yōu)化版）
1. 原料預(yù)處理階段
原料（0-800mm石灰石）經(jīng)皮帶輸送機(jī)送入一級(jí)振動(dòng)篩（3YK3070），預(yù)先篩分出≤40mm的物料直接進(jìn)入半成品料倉，≥40mm的大塊物料進(jìn)入緩沖料倉，隨后進(jìn)入圓錐破破碎系統(tǒng)。
2. 中細(xì)碎破碎階段
**HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破（3臺(tái)）**負(fù)責(zé)核心破碎任務(wù)，每臺(tái)配置獨(dú)立振動(dòng)篩（3YK3070），形成閉路循環(huán)，破碎效率高達(dá)800t/h。
