工藝流程
初級破碎
花崗巖原石通過移動站配置的振動給料機均勻送入PE600×900顎式破碎機，完成粗碎加工，破碎效率高且出料粒度均勻。
篩分與二級破碎
初破后物料經1860振動篩預篩分，符合要求的骨料直接進入成品環(huán)節(jié)；超規(guī)格物料轉入HPC220液壓圓錐破進行中細碎，確保粒形優(yōu)良。
多級成品輸出
通過閉路循環(huán)篩分系統(tǒng)，最終產出0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm、20-31.5mm四種規(guī)格骨料，完全符合混凝土配比要求。

設置了過振動顯示與報警裝置，如果發(fā)生振動超過設定值，可發(fā)出警告。壓緊盤可在磨機殼體內沿垂直方向自由移動，并可阻尼振動。同時，濕物料在由有多個送風口的環(huán)形風套通入的熱氣流中被烘干。（4）調節(jié)排料口時，應先松開擰緊彈簧，待調整好后，再適當調整彈簧的張緊程度并擰緊螺栓，以防襯板在工作時脫落。
